A belated Happy New Year from the EREZ Organic team to our dearest customers. We have always shared our journey and goals with you, and so this article will serve to outline our main goals in 2021. This way, you will know what to expect and what will be new in this short summary.
NEW PRODUCTS
We are actively working on some awesome new products that will be available in 2021, both for acne care and anti-age products. These will include new masks, creams, SPF product and more. We are very excited to give you soon more details on our Retinol product, which should be available as early as later this winter.
Many of you know that we have always focused on these goals when developing new products:
- Sourcing local ingredients
- Short transportation distances
- Supporting smaller suppliers - ethical sourcing
- Green packaging
- No animal cruelty
- No harmful ingredients

NEW REDESIGN
This is something we have been working on for a while as it is very time consuming. We are trying to keep our brand identity, but at the same time "rejuvenate" the EREZ Organic brand. We are close to a release, but we might start with the first product, which would be the 10% Azelaic Acid - Zero Acne Cream.
PS: The Zero Acne Cream will be back in stock very soon :) It is currently getting a new boost! Sorry to keep you waiting.
BETTER SHIPPING PACKAGE
The year 2020 was our record year in terms of shipping packaging. This also brought some issues :( with shipping and packaging. As a result, we are currently actively working on new packaging that will get our products to your door safely and securely. We will be offering more personalised options with the environment in mind!
REPLACING PLASTIC
We are also working to replace plastic in both product packaging and shipping packaging as we strive to have little to no plastic impact on our environment. Our 10% Azelaic Acid - Zero Acne Cream will soon be available in recycled glass and plastic envelopes will be a thing of the past.
We are also trying to grow as a team and attract young talent to join us and are also in the process of expanding our customer support team to become even faster and better. Thank you for reading this short summary and thank you for your continued support!
